Gut Health Screening

Digestive issues, low energy, skin flare-ups, and brain fog can all be linked to the gut. This practical session explains why gut health matters and offers an optional screening pathway so your people can spot imbalances early, understand triggers, and take simple steps to feel better.

Learning outcomes

By the end of the session, participants will be able to:
